Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the order and items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely package your golf clubs or accessories in their original box, ensuring all headcovers and adjustment tools included in the original shipment are present.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team of experts verifies the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
